subject to these Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the "TCU")
and to Apothicom's Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the
"TCS") for items sold on the Website.

Liability
In the online sales process,
the seller is only bound by an obligation of means; they cannot be held liable
for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet network, such as loss of

Intellectual Property

Website may be used legally (distributed, sharing, etc.) provided that the

Apothicom Distribution's computerised records shall be considered by the parties as
proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the partieses parties.
Dispute Resolution
These TCU are governed by French Law.
